At Mushq Bridals, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order garments
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Dupattas and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Exchange We offer exchanges for size or colour variants where available. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs on WhatsApp at +91 9906039906.
