Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak wedding and festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Within India We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Jammu & Kashmir: 4–7 business days after dispatch
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
